1. What is ApnaProfit?

ApnaProfit is an online store where we bring you custom-designed Print-on-Demand (POD) products and trending dropshipping items. Every product is handpicked or created to give you style, comfort, and value.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • POD (Print-on-Demand) products: Usually 5–7 business days for production + 4–7 days for delivery.
  • Dropshipping products: Delivery time may vary between 7–15 business days depending on supplier and location.
    We’ll always send you a tracking link once your order ships.

3. Can I return or exchange my order?

  • Custom/Personalized items (like printed T-shirts, mugs, or gifts) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
  • Non-personalized items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition.

4. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We’re sorry if this happens! Please email us at apnaprofitstore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email or SMS with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account on ApnaProfit.store and check the Order Status page.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we deliver across India only. We plan to expand internationally in the future.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment options including:

  • UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.)
  • Net Banking
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Wallets
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) – available on selected products

8. How does your Affiliate Program work?

We partner with influencers and creators through our Affiliate Program. You earn up to 25% commission for every order placed using your unique coupon code or tracking link.

9. Are the designs original?

Yes! Our POD designs are created by our in-house team and independent artists. You won’t find them in regular stores.
