Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing time
- Made-to-order and customized items typically take 2 to 4 business days to produce. After production, shipping usually takes 2 to 7 business days within India. Typical total time is 4 to 7 days.
Shipping carriers and tracking
- We use reputable national courier partners. A tracking number will be emailed when your order ships.
Shipping fees
- Free shipping for orders over ₹999. For orders below that threshold, standard shipping fees apply and are calculated at checkout.
International shipping
- We primarily ship within India. International shipping may be available selectively. Contact support to request international fulfillment.
Delays and force majeure
- Delivery estimates are guidelines. Delays due to courier disruptions, weather, or customs may occur. We will update you if major delays happen.
Lost or damaged shipments
- If an item arrives damaged, email photos and order details to returns@apnaprofit.store within 48 hours of delivery. We will inspect and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
